This is closer to a light serum base than a lipid-rich moisturizer. No separate oil, emulsifier or added fragrance is listed. That makes its role easier to separate from a cream, but a three-name list does not guarantee tolerance.

Sensitivity decreased and more tape strips were needed to disrupt the barrier; barrier recovery speed did not improve. L’Oréal-affiliated researchers conducted the work.
