The INCI list begins with water, butylene glycol, propanediol, glycerin and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid. Niacinamide appears before the emulsifying system, followed by hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, adenosine and sodium DNA later in the list. Ingredient order cannot reveal the exact niacinamide percentage, and an ingredient list cannot prove which component caused a finished-product result.

A 2026 systematic review found seven randomized trials with 183 participants across skin rejuvenation, scar prevention and wound healing. The interventions and outcomes were heterogeneous. Much of the wider literature concerns injections, procedures or defined medical preparations rather than an everyday cosmetic serum.

2026년 체계적 문헌고찰에는 피부 개선, 수술 후 흉터 예방, 상처 회복을 다룬 무작위시험 7건과 참여자 183명이 포함됐다. 다만 연구마다 사용한 제형과 평가 지표가 달랐다. 더 넓은 PDRN 문헌의 상당수는 일상용 세럼이 아니라 주사, 시술, 규격화된 의료용 제제를 다룬다.

A newer PLOS ONE study tested a defined 0.1% PDRN-850K eye cream in 31 Chinese women aged 35 to 55 for 28 days, twice daily, against a 0.1% retinol eye cream. It is useful proof that a particular topical PDRN system deserves study. It is not proof for this Anua serum. Anua discloses 0.01% sodium DNA, and the vehicle, molecular-length specification, application area and population differ.
